Pancakes con Nergi

Una Favola in Tavola " Il Mondo di Ortolandia"

Per una colazione super oggi vi lascio la ricetta dei Pancakes con Nergi, ricette semplice e veloce!

Ingredienti:

1 uovo
40gr di zucchero
100gr di farina
100ml di latte di soia
1 cucchiaino di lievito per dolci

Sbattete l’uovo con lo zucchero in una ciotola, unite la farina e il lievito, mescolate e per ultimo aggiungete il latte, fino ad ottenere una pastella omogenea. Scaldate una padella antiaderente, ungete leggermente e versate un po’ di impasto. Fate cuocere due minuti per lato. Procedete fino ad esaurimento della pastella. Pulite e lavate i nergi, tagliate a fettine e farcite la vostra torretta di pancakes irrorando il tutto con dello sciroppo d’acero.

This is one of my favorite quick meals; delicious chicken prepared with onions, tomatoes, and peppers. Topped with eggs, tangy herb chutney & hot ‘n’ sweet ketchup and are wrapped in homemade chapati. I have been eating variations of this dish since my childhood, you can substitute the chicken for lamb, beef or even paneer or stir-fried chickpeas & vegetables.

Making the simple pocket saves the struggle of stuffing the whole loin and is a simple solution for a quick dinner night. This light and refreshing salad is fantastic when paired with a nice fresh piece of salmon. Most people feel the need to pair a vinegar with an oil. What’s great about this salad is that it’s able to achieve great flavor & texture through champagne vinegar with no added oil! Have you guys tried champagne vinegar yet? I am new to this phenomenon but a definite fan 🙂

To get started, you will need:

  • 1 mandarin orange

  • 1/4th cup crushed walnutsankitha-gadag-walnuts
  • 1 cup arugula salad
  • 1/4 th cup shaved Parmesan cheese
  • drizzle of champagne vinegar
  • handful of raisins
  • S & P to taste

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and serve!  Easy Peezy!

  • 4 slices of lemon
  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • 3 slices of garlic
