Banana poke cake

Ingredients:

  • Yellow cake mix 
  • 3 eggs
  • 3.4 oz of banana pudding mix
  • 14 oz of condenced milk
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • 3 cup of banana pudding
  • whipped topping
  • banana
  • caramel sauce




Directions:

  1. Combine yellow cake mix, eggs, banana pudding mix, condensed milk, water, oil until you have a smooth batter.
  2. Pour batter into a greased pan.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes, or until the toothpick test comes out clean.
  4. While the cake is still warm, use the back of  wooden spoon to poke holes all over the cake.
  5. Pour the banana pudding over the cake and cover with whipped topping.
  6. Refrigerate the cake overnight to let everything set.
  7. Serve with banana slices and drizzle caramel.
